I am looking about a Boomer with a belly mower. Has anyone had any problems with the belly mower & 3 pt hitch working together? It looks like the mower would limit the use of the 2 pt hitch. Thanks,Rottweiler

Robert, I own a Boomer TC25D with a 72" belly mower, I haven't had any problems with the two point hookup, you can pin the deck in the up mode, and the two points work fine. I traded in my Ford 1220 with a 60" deck that mounted about the same way, although it was much easier to get on and off. The new tractor and mower deck are a real pain!!I take my deck off every time I'm done mowing, this got easier when I bought a loader, now I use the loader to raise the tractor, slide the deck in, then I drop the loader off and mow, then put the loader back on to remove the deck. I was disapointed because the old 1220 was very easy to change the deck, but I wouldn't go back because of the great job it does mowing, the supersteer is like having a zero turn mower, it's GREAT!!! I hope I haven't confused you, but no I haven't had any problems when I have left the deck on and used the three point for other equipment. Jerry ....
